Q: What is Discount Dental Program (DDP)?
A: DDP
is a dental program entitling you to receive 40-60% off most
dental procedures. To become a member, you pay a membership
fee when you enroll that allows you to take advantage of greatly
reduced fee schedules on a variety of dental procedures. You
will receive a membership card when you enroll that you will
be asked to present at each visit for membership verification.

to see another dentist to have your dental care completed.

How long does it take to sign up?
A: Applications
are processed within 10 days. Dental services may be scheduled
before you receive your Discount Dental Program membership

of all dental procedures that we provide and a fee schedule
for those services.

Where will I go to receive dental care for my entire family?

will receive dental care at a participating provider of DDP.
